At Pinjarra we know that our staff are our biggest asset and one of the major reasons our enrolled families stay with us and recommend us to family and friends. Our extremely low staff turnover throughout Pinjarra means that your child forms trusting relationships, which ensures they are happy and comfortable within their environment. This sense of security provides a strong basis from which all learning occurs.

The majority of our staff work from 8am to 6pm, the entire 10 hours Pinjarra is open each day. The benefits for you and your child of seeing the same team of teachers and educators at both ends of the day is immeasurable. Communication between staff and families is more efficient on a daily basis and this ultimately benefits your child, as well as enhancing trusting relationships between families and staff.

When our permanent staff are absent, you can be assured that your children will be taught and cared for by one of our regular casual educators. Some of these educators have been with Pinjarra for many years, and work at Pinjarra casually whilst studying early childhood at university or TAFE. It is important for us to maintain the high quality of all educators who work with your children at Pinjarra. We believe we can achieve this best through handpicking our casual relief educators ourselves, rather than asking an employment agency to send us anyone who may be available. These valued members of our team often move into permanent roles at Pinjarra once they have completed their studies, which again reflects our consistency of staffing.
